Year 11 School Work - Innovation Challenge

This is my work from the innovation challenge that I was set in Year 11. There was a certain time limit for each section of the challenge and once that time was up you had to move on to the next thing even if you hadn’t finished. The idea was to generate ideas quickly and rapidly model the chosen design.

Years 7-10 School Projects - Photo Frame

At the start of year 10, to introduce us to the graphics coursework we made a photo frame. We got to use the CNC router which cut out the shapes of our frames from a document on a PC. We also had to edit the photos and images which we wanted on our frames by removing backgrounds and trimming unnecessary parts of the photo/image.

Years 7-10 School Projects - Point of Sale Display Stand

This is my point of sale display stand that I made in year 9 at school. The idea was show us what sort of things we would do if we took GCSE graphics. I chose the McFly single - Do Ya, as it was due to be released around the time that we did the project. I put all of the graphics together on the computer in DrawPlus.

Years 7-10 School Projects - Clock

This is my clock that I made in year 9 of school. It was basically a task to get us familiar with using the machines and equipment in the graphics area. The stars and writing were cut out using a vinyl cutter. The backing is made from foam board.

This is a t-shirt I designed for my sister when my sister and I went to see Paramore at The 02 Arena in London.

Paramore T-Shirt I

This is a t-shirt I designed for myself when my sister and I went to see Paramore at the O2 Arena in London.

Red Bull Racing Flag

I am also a fan of Red Bull Racing so in the summer break I made a flag which could also be put up in my living room along with the Lotus Racing flag I had made earlier in the season. It was also made from a piece of recycled material and the design was painted on with poster paint.

Lotus Racing Car Flags

These are the car flags that I made for when I went to the Classic Team Lotus Festival. I got the idea from the England ones that people have when the world cup is on.

Classic Team Lotus Festival Flag

As well as my T-Shirt I also made a flag to put up in our car for the Classic Team Lotus Festival. On one side it was about the festival and on the other it was about Lotus Racing. I was lucky enough to get the Lotus Racing side signed by both Heikki and Jarno at the end of the year when I visited the factory.
